Bad examples of van wraps
Van wraps should be applied by a professional vinyl wrapping company. If you hire the wrong wrapping company or attempt to apply the vinyl wraps yourself, then you will probably end up with unsatisfactory results.
A perfect van wrap will not have any air bubbles or creases in it. You should see a completely flat and smooth surface after the van wrap is applied. If there is just one air bubble, crease or other discrepancies in the quality of the wrap, then it will look unprofessional and messy. That is not the look you want to go for if you’re a business trying to advertise their brand on a van.
Another bad example of a van wrap is when the vinyl material overlaps onto other parts or wraps. When the van wrap is applied, it is supposed to match up with the lines of the van. It should not be overstretched or forced in any way. A professional will take measurements of the van so that they can cut sections of the vinyl wrap and make it fit perfectly.
The idea is to make the van wrap unnoticeable. If you have lots of colours and pictures on your wrap, they should appear as if they’re actually painted onto the van. You don’t want to have any discrepancies in the appearance, or else people will be able to tell it is a wrap. Besides, wrinkles and air bubbles will distort the printed designs on the vinyl. Then people won’t take your message or advertisement seriously.
There is special equipment used for van wrap installations. A lot of this equipment cannot be purchased in the local hardware store. Only a professional van wrapping company possesses the type of commercial quality equipment that is needed to perform a flawless van wrap installation. If you follow this advice, you will never have a van wrapping problem.
What our customers say

Boss Dog have now fitted livery to the vans at all three of our Southern Depots. Throughout the job I have found them happy to advise, efficient and above all professional in their approach. My only regret is that they don't have a branch in the North to service the other half of our fleet.I look forward to using them again as more vehicles come online.
