Vinyl van wraps – Templates v Bespoke Design

You can choose two different types of designs for your vinyl van wraps: templates or bespoke designs. Templates contain pre designed graphics, text, images, and signage which you can use as the basis for your vinyl van wrap design. On the other hand, bespoke designs are 100% customised with original imagery and signage unseen anywhere else.

Templates

Templates offer the fastest and easiest vinyl van wrap solutions for customers. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time and money coming up with an original design, you can use templated graphics and text to promote your brand or promotional messaging.

There are standardised templates available for various make and model vehicles that fit their size and shape perfectly. However, if you have a luxurious car, a template may not be available that can accommodate its unique size and shape.

In addition, a template does not create a sense of originality for your brand. For instance, if another brand uses the same template on their vehicle, people might think your brand is unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Bespoke Design

The best thing about bespoke designs is they can give people a sense of originality for your brand. A bespoke design is 100% original and cannot be seen on the wrap design of any other brand’s vehicle. This gives your brand a more professional and memorable appearance.

Also, bespoke designs give you more creative freedom over the signage and imagery on your wraps. For example, you can choose from thousands of different colour tones, images, fonts, styles, etc. You can even print your photos onto the wrap as well.

The only downside to bespoke designs is their higher price tag. But since it is a one-time investment with unlimited advertising potential, it might be worth the money in the long run.
